This program includes unlimited phone support, our internet based statistic tracking system, training workshops and on-site consultations. We address the vital systems of your practice, as well as staff training. We will work with your practice to establish proven high performance management systems.
Practice Stimulus Mini-Program
If you want to increase your patient flow or recession-proof your practice, there is no better time than right now. In today's economy, practices need to establish internal protocols that help get more new patients, increase collections, reduce outstanding incomplete treatment, control broken appointments and retain more existing patients. Working with you and your team, on-site, we build a customized step-by-step program for improving key systems in your practice. In addition, we will train your staff on communication skills, time-tested systems and becoming more effective at getting potential new patients to the practice.
New Dentist Program
The New Dentist Program is for a period of 6 months. As part of the program, you will receive a Revenue Enhancement Program for New Dentists, attend two 2-day lectures in Baton Rouge and have a consultant visit your office for 2 days (on-site consulting). In addition, you will receive a subscription to Dental Dashboard™. You will receive comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure Manuals (listed below), a General Office Policy Manual, and unlimited phone support throughout your Program.
