Learn the business of dentistry. When I think about the practices doing the big numbers, they have the same traits:
- They deliver quality dentistry.
- They realize the importance of developing good relationships with patients.
- They communicate well.
- They hire good team members, tell them what is needed, how they want it done and hold them accountable.
- They learn how to run the business side of the practice through coaching / consulting.
Your income and success will never increase on good luck.
