1. “Mr(s). , I’m calling to see if you have written a check for $(amount) to Dr. _ yet?”
2. “Mr(s). , I need to get your check for $(amount) to keep your account with Dr. __ current. Is there any problem with you doing that?”
3. “Mr(s). , our accountant is requiring us to get this account handled by (date).”
4. “Mr(s). , we need to get your payment by (about one week) because the collection agency is going to pick this account up on (date), if you haven’t taken care of it by then.”
